Less Downtime
Most projects are finished in a single day. Foot traffic can return after 24 hours and vehicles after 48. Tell us your business hours at the estimate and we plan the schedule around them as far as the job allows.
Pricing
Our per-square-foot rates are the starting point: Grind and Seal $4.00, Decorative Flake $6.00, Stone Flake $6.50 and Metallic $10.00. Commercial jobs are confirmed in writing after we see the space, the traffic and the condition of the slab.
Prep In House
If old coatings, paint or rust have to come off first, we handle it ourselves with dustless blasting, so there is no second contractor to schedule.
