Industrial Floor Coatings
Warehouses, plants and work floors with heavy traffic and chemicals. Diamond-ground prep and a chemical-resistant topcoat, quoted on site.
Built for Working Floors
Industrial floors take heavy traffic, dropped tools, fluids and constant cleaning. Bare concrete dusts, stains and soaks up spills. A coated floor seals the surface so it cleans faster and holds up longer.
What We Look At First
Every industrial job starts with a free on-site look at the slab and how the space is used: the traffic, the chemicals, the cleaning routine and the condition of the concrete. Then we recommend the system and confirm the price in writing.
How the System Is Built
- Diamond grinding or dustless blasting to strip old coatings and open the surface
- Epoxy base coat bonded into the prepared concrete
- Polyaspartic topcoat, UV-stable and chemical-resistant
- Slip-resistant texture for safer footing
Polyurea or Epoxy?
Our topcoat is polyaspartic, a type of polyurea. We explain the difference, and why most good systems use both, on our polyurea vs epoxy page.

Industrial Floors Questions
How is an industrial floor priced?
After a free on-site look. Size, slab condition, traffic and chemicals all change the right system, so we confirm the price in writing.
Can you remove an old failing coating?
Yes. We strip old coatings in house with dustless blasting or diamond grinding before the new system goes down.
How long is the floor out of service?
Most projects are finished in a single day. Foot traffic after 24 hours, vehicles after 48.
