Why Prep Decides the Result
A coating is only as good as the surface under it. If old paint, sealer, rust or grime is left behind, the new coating will not last as long as it should. Dustless blasting is one of the ways we get a surface clean and ready.
How It Works
Dustless blasting mixes water with the abrasive, so the dust is held down instead of rising into a cloud. It strips old coatings, paint and rust without the heat and friction that can warp thinner surfaces.
Done In House
We run our own dustless blasting equipment with our own crew. Where other contractors may have to bring in a third party, we prep and coat the job ourselves, on one schedule.

Pricing
Blasting is priced at the free on-site estimate, because the surface and what has to come off change the work. When it is part of a coating job, it is included in the written quote.

Dustless Blasting Questions
Is dustless blasting really dust free?
Not perfectly, but the water in the mix holds most of the dust down, which keeps the job site much cleaner than dry sandblasting.
Do I need blasting before a coating?
Not always. Many floors only need diamond grinding. We tell you which your surface needs at the estimate.
Can you blast without coating afterward?
Ask us. Tell us what you need stripped and we will tell you at the estimate if it is a job we take on.
